     If the variant does not provide the credit or payment installments then real estate purchase can be made at once or to bring preliminary pledge (for a reservation it is necessary to pay on the average 5000 USD). When pledge is brought, the builder or the seller stops object sale for term no more, than two months, and the preliminary contract of purchase and sale (Pre-Contract Agreement) subscribes. Definitive, i.e. the purchase and sale prime contract (Sale contract) Further subscribes.
